There is something incredibly special about the final stages of a project. The planning is complete, the structure is set, and suddenly all of the thoughtful decisions begin to reveal themselves in a way that feels tangible and emotional.
This week, one project in particular stands out.
Project Timber Hill
Project Timber Hill is reaching its final stages of completion, and watching it come together has been incredibly rewarding for our entire team. What once felt like an outdated Breckenridge cabin has been carefully transformed into a modern mountain getaway that feels elevated, warm, and intentional.
This phase of a project is where the magic truly happens. The details that were once drawings and samples are now layered into the home, creating a space that feels cohesive, refined, and inviting.
One of our favorite moments has been seeing the crown molding installed over the luxury kitchen cabinetry. It adds a sense of craftsmanship and permanence, grounding the kitchen while elevating the overall design. Above, the all-wood ceiling beams are being installed, bringing warmth, texture, and a true mountain feel that connects the interior to its surroundings.
The final paint touchups are underway, and it is amazing how much this step changes the energy of a home. Clean lines, fresh surfaces, and a polished finish instantly make the space feel complete and welcoming.
We are also deep into installing the finishing touches that define the character of the home. Hardware and lighting fixtures are going in, and the space is coming alive. For this project, we are tastefully mixing gold and black finishes to create an elegant yet fresh feel. The contrast adds depth while maintaining a timeless look that will age beautifully.
One standout detail we are especially excited about is the gold pot filler installed over the stone backsplash. It is both functional and striking, adding a layer of luxury that feels intentional rather than overdone. The hood is also receiving its final finish details, tying the entire kitchen together as a true focal point of the home.

These final stages are more than just a checklist. They represent months of collaboration, trust, and careful decision-making. Seeing everything come together reminds us why we value thoughtful design and a well-managed process.
