As we wrap up 2025 at DuBois Design+Build, we are grateful for every space we had the honor to transform and every homeowner who trusted us with their vision. This year was full of variety, creativity, and intentional design. Here are three standout projects that show what thoughtful renovation truly looks like.
Project Kings Crown — Modern Mountain Bathrooms with Warmth
At Kings Crown, we transformed outdated bathrooms into sleek, modern luxury retreats that still feel welcoming and warm. The goal was to improve the flow in each space while creating a crisp atmosphere that feels like a spa away from home. From elegant tile work to carefully chosen fixtures, this project balances contemporary style with the cozy mountain vibe that defines this home.
Project Dunfries — A Childhood Home Reimagined
Dunfries was more than a renovation. It was a reunion with a place full of memories. This project involved a complete renovation of a longtime rental property and reimagined it as a bright, inviting family home. The design honored the house’s history while bringing it fully into the modern era. One of our favorite moments was discovering unused space behind a cramped bathroom and turning it into a luxurious double vanity area — a perfect blend of practicality and beauty.
Project Cottonwood — Elegant Outdoor Functionality
For Cottonwood, we redefined what outdoor storage can be. This exterior transformation elevated the garage and added a refined steel beam carport that feels intentional and elegant. Every element was selected to enhance both form and function, proving that even spaces often overlooked like garages and carports can be thoughtful, beautiful extensions of your home.
