There is something really special about taking a space that feels dated, tight, and uninspiring… and turning it into somewhere you actually want to spend time.
That was the heart behind Project Kenosha.
This bathroom started like many do. The layout felt disconnected, the finishes were outdated, and it did not reflect the kind of calm, elevated space our clients were craving. Our goal was simple. Create a space that feels grounded, luxurious, and effortless to live in every single day.
Design That Feels as Good as It Looks
One of the biggest transformations came through material selection. We brought in a beautiful, grounding wall tile that immediately set the tone for the entire space. It adds warmth, texture, and a sense of calm that carries throughout the room.
From there, we leaned into one of our favorite design moves. Continuity.
The shower tile flows seamlessly into the main floor tile, creating a clean, expansive feel that makes the entire bathroom read as one cohesive space. No harsh transitions, no visual breaks. Just a smooth, elevated experience from one step to the next.
Smart Updates That Made a Big Impact
Not every transformation requires starting from scratch. In this case, we were able to keep the existing vanities, which allowed us to be intentional about where we invested in upgrades that truly change how the space feels and functions.
We updated:
The tub, bringing in a more modern, sculptural feel that invites you to slow down
The shower, expanding it into a seamless, walk-in experience
The toilet, adding a motion-sensored heated feature that brings an unexpected layer of comfort and luxury
Each of these elements works together to elevate the everyday. Nothing overdone, nothing unnecessary. Just thoughtful, high-impact choices.
